Cheap Vacation Ideas - Travel to
Colorado
I've always wanted to visit Colorado, so I
decided to do a little research and find some cheap vacation ideas
and get some great deals in this beautiful state.
First, why would you want to visit this state anyway? Well,
Colorado has more acres of skiing and snowboarding than any
other state in the United States.
Money-saving ski and snowboard coupons are available online
for discounts to Vail, which has over 1300 acres of trails. The
Vail ski resort is amazing and has any and everything you can
imagine even if you are not planning to ski or snowboard. They
also have a dance theater, climbing walls, music concerts, a
symphony, and tons of gourmet restaurants.
If you are into wine, coupons are also available online for
Grand Valley, which is on Colorado's western slope, and which
is home to an astounding amount of grape acreage. Who would
have guessed? I originally had always thought of California as
the place for growing grapes for wine. The Grand Valley also
has more great opportunities for those of you who do not ski
because you can go horseback riding, mountain biking, rock
climbing, or even kayaking. And check out the Wild Horse Range
further north.
How to find cheap vacation
ideas to these areas? Hit the Internet for
online coupons. Type in your destination plus "coupon" or
"travel deal" and you will find a slew of them.
Affordable hotels and lodging can be found in Aspen, which
is one of the top 10 honeymoon destinations in the country. In
downtown you can see the historic landmark, Independence
Square. The accommodations at the Indy (all suites) offer
fantastic rates for the location.
So if you are wanting to vacation in gorgeous Colorado and
wonder how to travel cheap, use these tips to jump start your
vacation planning. Ski lifts are often within walking distances
of hotels, and are ready to whisk you up to ski nirvana.
